Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request. We dispatch next day cut off time is 12am  midnight on the day of ordering.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases. Buyer pays returns postage.

What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, PayPal.

What are your shipping options?

We send using Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class for UK customers, this takes 3-4 working days to delver. UK customers can upgrade to 1st class standard, or to Special delivery which is a next day service guaranteed.

International customers have 1 option to get using royal mail international " tracked " - which takes 5-10 business days.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

Customer satisfaction is our priority, if any items break upon receipt please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you and send a replacement of that piece, email us order@Personalise2day.co.uk .

We ship from UK ( essex ).
